Cancellations and Website Terms of Use

Customers accept these terms and conditions when making an appointment for Beauty Treatments at Sunshine Beauty Therapy.

To guarantee your appointment please purchase a voucher for your chosen treatment. This can be done securely via this website or over the phone using your credit card when making the booking. You can change your appointment without penalty provided you do so outside 72hrs of your confirmed appointment.

I require 72 hours notice to cancel all appointments otherwise a late cancellation fee of 50% (cancellations on day of appointment 100%) of the original service booked will be charged. When you book an appointment at Sunshine Beauty, unlike other salons, I set that time aside just for you. I often turn away other clients seeking an appointment because I am fully booked. If you cancel with late notice it inconveniences the many other clients that are on a waiting list to get in. ** I will do my utmost to fill cancelled appointment times with other clients..in which case there will be no charge.

Gift Vouchers purchased for treatments that are 'On Sale' or discounted from the normal price are valid for 12 months from date of issue.

Please note cancellations of bookings within 72 hrs of confirmed appointments will invalidate vouchers.

Customers will be entitled to a refund or resupply, if there is a fault or failure with the services that Sunshine Beauty Therapy has provided.
